If you see content that appears to involve child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation of minors, threats of violence or immediate danger, report it to us and to the appropriate authorities.
Our principles
- Be lawful. Do not use Sysnapp to break the law or help others break the law.
- Be honest. Do not scam, impersonate, mislead or abuse trust.
- Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten or target people.
- Protect privacy. Do not share private data, intimate content or identity documents without permission.
- Sell only lawful goods, or offer lawful services, that you have the right to provide.
Zero tolerance for child exploitation
Sysnapp strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, sexualized content involving minors, trafficking, coercion or attempts to obtain such material.
We may immediately remove content, disable accounts, preserve evidence and report suspected child exploitation to appropriate authorities or reporting organizations.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Weapons, firearms, explosives, ammunition, dangerous substances or instructions for violence.
- Gambling, betting, casinos, unlicensed lotteries, paid prediction games or similar regulated activity.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, counterfeit medicine or instructions to misuse substances.
- Threats, praise or coordination of terrorism, violent extremism, attacks or serious physical harm.
- Hate, harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation or targeted abuse.
- Fraud, phishing, pyramid schemes, fake giveaways, stolen accounts or malware.
- Non-consensual intimate images, sexual coercion, revenge porn or sexual services.
- Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, animal cruelty or shock content.
- Doxxing, private data leaks, identity document sharing without permission or privacy violations.
- Spam, mass messaging, automated abuse or attempts to overload the service.
Marketplace rules
Listings must describe real, lawful physical goods or services. Photos, titles, tags, price, condition, location, availability and service requirements must be accurate. Do not sell, request or promote:
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives or dangerous devices.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances or illegal medical products.
- Stolen goods, counterfeit goods, fake documents or access credentials.
- Gambling, betting, adult sexual services, escort services, unsafe services or regulated products without authorization.
- Items that violate intellectual property rights or applicable law.
Reports and feedback
Users can report safety issues, illegal content, scams, abuse or marketplace problems by contacting admin@sysnapp.com. Include your nickname, the other user's nickname if known, screenshots if appropriate, and a clear description of the issue.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may warn users, remove content, hide products or services, restrict chat or marketplace features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, block devices, preserve evidence or report unlawful conduct.
Serious violations may lead to immediate permanent removal without prior warning.
