Terms of Service

Acceptance and eligibility

You must be legally allowed to use Sysnapp in your country and old enough to create an account under applicable law. If you use Sysnapp for a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Sysnapp is currently an early beta product. Some features may change while we improve reliability, safety, marketplace flows and future payment handling.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity on your account. Do not create accounts using false identity, another person's phone number or information you are not allowed to use.

We may require confirmation, additional checks or account review if we believe an account is unsafe, abusive or not compliant with these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sysnapp to create, share, promote, buy, sell, request or coordinate illegal, harmful or abusive activity. This includes, without limitation:

• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors or grooming.
• Threats, terrorism, violent extremism, targeted harassment or hate activity.
• Weapons, firearms, explosives, ammunition, dangerous materials or instructions for harm.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, stolen goods or counterfeit goods.
• Gambling, betting, unlicensed lotteries or financial scams.
• Fraud, phishing, malware, spam, impersonation or account abuse.
• Non-consensual intimate content, doxxing or privacy violations.
• Any content or conduct that violates law or the rights of others.

User content

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give Sysnapp a limited permission to host, process, display, transmit and adapt your content only as needed to operate, protect and improve the service.

You must have the rights to upload or share any text, photo, product listing, audio, video, document or other material you send through Sysnapp.

Marketplace and orders

Sysnapp may allow users to publish product tags, service listings and marketplace listings for physical goods and services. Sellers and providers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful goods or services, ownership or authorization, pricing, availability, shipping information where relevant, returns, service requirements and compliance with consumer, tax and trade laws that apply to them.

Buyers and service customers are responsible for reviewing listings, communicating clearly with sellers or providers and using the order/request flow responsibly.

Payments are not active in the current beta flow. Future payment features may use a payment provider such as Stripe. Sysnapp should not be described as legal escrow. Any future flow will be described as platform-held funds with delayed release, subject to separate payment terms.

Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, hide listings, restrict marketplace access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, report illegal content or cooperate with lawful requests when needed to protect users, comply with law or enforce these Terms.

Service availability and limits

Sysnapp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, especially during beta testing. We work to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation or that every message, file or listing will always be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sysnapp is not responsible for indirect losses, user-to-user disputes, unlawful listings, user conduct or losses caused by misuse of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Law and changes

These Terms are intended to respect applicable consumer and data protection laws. Where permitted, they are governed by Italian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country.

We may update these Terms when features, laws or safety requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website where practical.
